These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.betzena.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What Betzena Is
Betzena is a football prediction and analysis service. We publish predictions, structured accumulators, and related commentary across Free, Pro, Max, and Elite tiers. Betzena does not accept bets, place wagers, or operate as a bookmaker. Any staking you choose to do with a third-party bookmaker is entirely your own decision and outside Betzena's control.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using Betzena, you confirm you meet this requirement, and that using a prediction service, and any sports betting you choose to engage in as a result, is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Every prediction on Betzena reflects analyst judgment, not certainty. No prediction service can guarantee an outcome, and Betzena does not. Published track records, including losses and voids, are shown honestly, but past results never guarantee future ones. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content published here.
4. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Pro and Max plans are billed monthly. Elite Picks is billed weekly, as a standalone plan separate from Pro and Max — subscribing to one does not include the others. Prices are set in USD and converted into your selected currency at checkout; USD, GBP, and EUR pricing includes a purchasing-power adjustment disclosed on the Pricing page, and all other supported currencies are shown at fair-value conversion.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account; changes take effect from your next billing cycle, not retroactively.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack, Flutterwave, or Stripe, depending on your currency — Betzena does not receive or store your full card details. By subscribing, you also agree to the applicable payment processor's own terms for that transaction.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on your payment method and how much of the current billing period has already been used. Contact us with your order reference and we'll review your specific case — we don't commit to a blanket refund policy here, since it depends on circumstances.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape, republish, or resell Betzena's predictions or analysis without permission; attempt to circumvent paywalls or tier restrictions; use the Service to harass or abuse others; or interfere with the Service's normal operation, including automated abuse of the checkout or account systems.
9. Intellectual Property
The predictions, articles, design, and branding on Betzena belong to Betzena unless otherwise noted. You may share individual predictions for personal, non-commercial use, but may not republish Betzena's content as your own or use it to build a competing service.
10. Third-Party Services
Betzena integrates with third parties — Paystack, Flutterwave, and Stripe for payments, and WhatsApp, Telegram, and Signal if you contact us that way. Each operates under its own terms, independent of these.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that predictions will be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your specific expectations. Nothing here should be read as financial, legal, or professional betting advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Betzena is not liable for any losses — including gambling losses with a third-party bookmaker — arising from your use of predictions or analysis published on this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Betzena in the billing period the claim relates to.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including abuse of the acceptable-use rules above. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
14. Responsible Gambling
Betzena provides analysis, not guarantees. If sports betting stops feeling like something you're choosing to do, speak with a doctor or a local support service, and consider self-exclusion tools where you place your bets. 15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to the mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence where applicable.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected with a new "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Betzena after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
